We answer Monday to Saturday, 09:00–18:00 China time (GMT+8). Messages that arrive overnight are answered first thing the next morning.

To get a useful answer in one go, include: your order number, and for a fault a photo or a short video. That's usually the difference between one email and four.

Before you email — three answers you'll probably find faster
"Where is my order?" → your tracking link is in the shipping confirmation email. If it hasn't updated in 7 business days, email us and we'll trace it. See Shipping Policy.
