Warranty Policy
1. Scope and Duration
All products may be returned for replacement if found to be defective within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise specified. Returns are not accepted beyond this period.
Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return.
Unopened items in brand-new condition that require repackaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping costs for returns of unwanted items are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable return shipping method.
All warranty claims must include clear photographic or video evidence of the defect. Please submit a support ticket with this evidence and a detailed description of the troubleshooting steps you have already taken. We are committed to resolving any issues you may encounter.
Special Notes:
If a product or its manufacturer states a different warranty period or terms, the manufacturer's policy takes precedence.
This policy applies only if the manufacturer does not have a specific warranty.
Accessories with special warranty terms will have details listed on their respective product pages.
2. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Accidental Damage or Misuse: Damage from collisions, crashes, water exposure, overloading, or unauthorized disassembly/modification. Damage from improper operation, storage, or maintenance not per the product instructions.
Environmental Damage: Damage from use in unsuitable environments (extreme temperatures, high humidity, strong magnetic fields) or force majeure events (lightning, natural disasters, etc.).
Unauthorized Repairs: Damage resulting from repairs, modifications, or part replacements performed by non-authorized service providers.
Normal Wear and Tear: Including but not limited to natural battery degradation, standard propeller wear, and minor cosmetic blemishes.
Expired Warranty: Any defect or failure occurring after the warranty period has ended.
Invalid Proof of Purchase: Inability to provide valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.) or to confirm the purchase date/origin.
Inability to Return: We cannot provide warranty service if the customer is unable to ship the product or components to our designated service center.
3. Warranty Claim Process
Step 1: Contact Customer Support
If you suspect a quality issue covered by warranty, please first contact our support team via email. Provide the following:
Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt)
Product serial number (if applicable)
A detailed description of the issue with relevant photos/videos
Our team will conduct a preliminary assessment. If the issue appears to be covered, we will guide you through the next steps.

Step 2: Shipping for Inspection
Follow the packing and shipping instructions provided by our support team to send the product to our designated address.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any related fees (freight, customs duties, clearance fees, etc.).
We cannot proceed with warranty service if the customer cannot arrange or cover the shipping.
Step 3: Inspection & Repair/Replacement
Inspection: We will complete a fault diagnosis within 15 business days of receiving the product.
Resolution: If a warranty-covered defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item within 12–40 business days post-inspection.
Return Shipping: After repair/replacement, we will ship the product back. Return shipping fees and any applicable customs duties are the customer's responsibility.
Non-Covered Issues: If the issue is not covered under warranty, we will inform you of estimated repair costs before any work begins.
4. Additional Information
Firmware Updates: To ensure optimal performance, please keep your drone's firmware and software updated. Issues arising from failure to update promptly are not covered.
Flight Safety: Always inspect the battery, propellers, frame, gimbal, etc., before flight. Damage from adverse weather or operator negligence is not covered.
Legal Terms: This warranty policy is valid only where it does not conflict with local consumer laws. Where a conflict exists, local laws shall prevail.
Policy Interpretation: We reserve the right to interpret this policy and may amend it as necessary based on practical circumstances.
